About Panos Restaurant Group

In 1995, Michel Panos, alongside his wife and 18-month-old son Nicolaos, set down roots in Atlanta with a vision to create a dining experience unlike any other. His discovery of Mellow Mushroom's exceptional dough marked the beginning of Panos Restaurant Group — a journey driven by a passion for culinary distinction and a commitment to quality.
