About Panos Restaurant Group
In 1995, Michel Panos, alongside his wife and 18-month-old son Nicolaos, set down roots in Atlanta with a vision to create a dining experience unlike any other. His discovery of Mellow Mushroom's exceptional dough marked the beginning of Panos Restaurant Group — a journey driven by a passion for culinary distinction and a commitment to quality.
Over the years, Panos Restaurant Group has grown, fueled by the family's dedication and a clear vision of excellence. Nicolaos Panos, having ventured into the world of Wall Street and garnered valuable investment banking experience within the restaurant and mergers & acquisitions sectors, returned to infuse the family business with his expertise.
